TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The “Heritage Day” competition will run from Friday, 20 September 2024 until Saturday, 21 September 2024, with the main Pop-A-Balloon Event taking place on Saturday, 21 September 2024 on the First Floor Capitec Promotion Court.
2. Shoppers will be required to spend R50 or more in Pier 14 Shopping Centre between 20/09/2024 – 21/09/2024 to enter the competition. Entries close 21 September 2024 at 11h00.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Present your slip/proof of purchase to the promoters at the Main Pop-A-Balloon event on Saturday, 21 September 2024, select one (1) balloon of your choice to POP and stand a chance to win your share of R5 000 in vouchers.
(Dates on the till slip must correspond to the campaign duration from 20 September 2024 – 21 September 2024 until 11h00 and have a spend value of R50 or more to qualify.
4. Participants will only be allowed to enter this competition once.
(One entry/slip = 1 chance to pop a balloon.)
5. You must be 18 years or older to enter this competition and hold a valid ID document/Passport. All winners will be required to provide valid proof of identification when collecting their prize/s.
6. By taking part in the competition, you agree to give Pier 14 Shopping Centre consent to have photographs taken of yourself at the event/in the Bubblehouse.
7. Photographs taken by the Pier 14 promoters may be shared on the Pier 14 social media pages and by entering the competition, you give consent to have your photo on Pier 14 pages. All winners agree to have their photographs and names used in promotional material.
8. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Owners, managing agents, tenants and staff working in the centre, and contractors of Pier 14 Shopping Centre and their immediate families, may not take part in the competition.
10. If any winner is found to be in breach of the competition’s terms and conditions, or is found to participate unfairly, Pier 14 Shopping Centre reserves the right to claim the prize back from the winner and select a new winner.
11. By entering you agree to receive further correspondence from Pier 14.
HOW TO ENTER:
1 – Spend R50 or more in Pier 14 Shopping Centre between 20 September 2024 to 21 September 2024 (Entries close 21/09/2024 at 11h00.)
2 – Present your slip/proof of purchase to the promoters at 11h00 at the First Floor Capitec Promotion Court.
3 – Enter the Bubblehouse and select (1) one balloon to POP.
DISCLOSURE: Only seventy (70) of the total balloons within the Bubblehouse contain prizes (Pier 14 Vouchers to the value of R5 000)
