TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The “Celebrate Dad” competition will run from 3 June 2024 until 8 June 2024. Entries close on 8 June 2024 at 11h00.
  2. You must be 16 or older to enter this competition and hold a valid ID or Passport.
  3. Have a photograph taken with your dad, free of charge, at our Father’s Day Display on the 1st floor at the Capitec Promotion Court during the competition period and get voting on Facebook from 8th June,14h00 – 12th June, 17h00.
  4. By taking part in the campaign, you agree to give Pier 14 Shopping Centre consent to have photographs taken of yourself, your dad and minors.
  5. All photographs taken by the Pier 14 Shopping Centre promoters will be shared on the Pier 14 Shopping Centre Facebook Page on Saturday, 08 June 2024 at 14h00.
  6. Winners will be determined by the number of votes/reactions received on their photograph. One (1) reaction = One (1) vote. (Comments and shares will not be considered as a vote.)
  7. Winners will be announced on social media on Thursday, 13 June 2024 at 13h00.
  8. All winners must provide valid proof of identification when collecting their prizes.
  9. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Owners, managing agents, tenants and staff working in the centre, and contractors of Pier 14 Shopping Centre and their immediate families, may not participate in the competition.
  11. If any winner is found to be in breach of the competition’s terms and conditions or is found to participate unfairly, Pier 14 Shopping Centre reserves the right to claim the prize back from the winner and select a new winner.
  12. All winners agree to have photographs and their names used in promotional material.
  13. By entering you agree to receive further correspondence from Pier 14 Shopping Centre.

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. Have a photograph taken with your dad, free of charge, at our Father’s Day Display on the 1st floor at the Capitec Promotion Court:
  • Monday, 3rd June 2024 – Friday, 7th June 2024: 10h30 – 16h30
  • Saturday, 8th June 2024: 09h00 – 11h00
  1. Complete the entry card with your details. (Name, surname, contact number & date of birth.)
  2. Visit Pier 14 Shopping Centre’s Facebook Page on Saturday, 08th June 2024 at 14h00 and share your photo from the “Celebrate Dad” album as many times as you would like to get your family, friends and followers to vote on the original photo.
  3. One (1) reaction = One (1) vote. (Comments and shares will not be considered as a vote.)
  4. Voting period: 8th June 2024 (14h00) until 12th June 2024 (17h00).
