TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The “LET’S PLAY MZANSI!” Heritage Promotion will take place at Pier 14 Shopping Centre from Thursday, 24 September 2026 to Saturday, 26 September 2026.
2. Competition operating hours will be:
• Thursday, 24 September 2026: 10h00 – 13h00
• Friday, 25 September 2026: 10h00 – 15h00
• Saturday, 26 September 2026: 09h00 – 12h00
3. The competition will be hosted on the Ground Floor, First Floor Promotions Court, and Second Floor at Pier 14 Shopping Centre.
4. To qualify for entry, shoppers must spend R100 or more at any Pier 14 store and present the original till slip to a Pier 14 Promoter at any of the three designated competition areas on the same day of purchase. Only till slips dated 24th, 25th, and 26th September will be accepted. Purchase today, Play today.
5. One qualifying till slip of R100 or more will entitle the participant to one (1) Heritage Entry Card. Participants may enter the competition multiple times per day, provided that a new till slip with a minimum value of R100 is presented for each entry.
6. Upon presenting a qualifying till slip, participants will receive a Heritage Entry Card. To qualify for the lucky draw, the Heritage Entry Card must be completed with three (3) stickers, which are earned by completing all three (3) challenges:
• Ground Floor – Hula Hoop Challenge: 1st sticker.
• First Floor – Cornhole Toss: 2nd sticker.
• Second Floor – 10-question Heritage Quiz: 3rd sticker.
7. Once all three challenges have been successfully completed, drop your fully completed Heritage Entry Card into the entry box for the lucky draw. Each fully completed Heritage Entry Card represents one entry into the lucky draw.
8. The competition is open to all shoppers. Entrants below the age of 18 must obtain their parents’/guardians’ consent before entering.
9. The winner will be required to present valid identification when physically collecting the prize from Centre Management. (Winners below the age of 18 years old, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when collecting the prize.)
10. The prize must be claimed no later than Friday, 16 October 2026. Should the prize not be claimed by this date, the winner will forfeit the prize, and a re-draw will be conducted to determine a new winner.
11. Participants take part in all Heritage Games activities at their own risk. By participating, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the games and activities. The organizers, Centre Management, promoters, and participating parties shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm arising from or in connection with participation in the activities.
12. The winner of the LET’S PLAY MZANSI, Heritage games will be announced on Pier 14 Shopping Centre’s social media platforms on Saturday, 26 September 2026 at 14h00. The prize is not attendance-dependent, and participants do not need to be present at the time of the announcement.
13. By participating in the competition, entrants’ consent to photographs and video footage being taken of themselves and any accompanying family members, including minors, during the event. Such content may be used by Pier 14 Shopping Centre for promotional, marketing and social media purposes without compensation.
14. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Owners, managing agents, tenants & staff working in the centre and contractors of Pier 14 Shopping Centre and their immediate families may not enter this competition.
16. Pier 14 Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions and to recover any prize awarded as a result of such breach.
17. By entering the competition, participants consent to receiving future marketing and promotional communications from Pier 14 Shopping Centre.
18. Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
