HOW TO ENTER:

IN THE MALL

  1. Spend R100+ at any shop in Pier 14 Shopping centre between November 2019 and 16 January 2020.
  2. Present your till slip to any of the located entry station stores (Cassies, Choice Clothing, Delbro Shoes, Hooky’s Booky, PEPcell, Pier 14 Cellular Hub, Lemontie’s and Spice Hub), and receive an entry form. Only one(1) entry will be permitted per day.
  3. Complete your entry form and drop it into the entry box on the ground floor promotion area.

ONLINE

  1. Fill in your details on the entry form.
  2. Correctly answer the quick and easy questions regarding our shopping centre.
  3. Read and accept the T&C’s and submit your entry.

*Online entries are limited to one(1), single entry during the competition period, but online entrants will be allowed to enter once per day when visiting the mall and following the “Mall Entry” instruction.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY

  • The Pier 14 Christmas Competition starts in November 2019 and ends on 16 January 2020.
  • The grand prize winner will be announced on 24 January 2020 at a Cocktail Event and will receive: A luxurious boat cruise for a family/group of four, including flights, accommodation and spending money, all to the value of R85 000.
  • The competition can only be entered by South African resident persons who are eighteen(18) years or older on the date of entering.
  • The Prize, or any part thereof, may not be exchanged for cash or any other item.
  • The prize is not transferable or negotiable in any way.
  • The dates for the cruise cannot be changed and if the winner is for any reason unable to attend the cruise, the Prize will be forfeited, and the winner shall have no claim against the organizers or its representatives.
  • Once the winner accepts the prize, the winner accepts the Prize at his/her own risk.
  • The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during prize winnings.
  • Only entries with a valid contact number and email address will be included in the draw.
  • Fifty (50) random entries will be drawn and contacted between 17 January 2020 – 22 January 2020. Drawn entrants will receive an invite to a Cocktail Event taking place on Friday, 24 January 2020 (18h00 – 20h00), where the grand prize winner will be announced. If winners are not contactable within the above mentioned period, the invitation will be forfeited.
  • By entering this competition you agree to receive further information and promotional material from Pier 14 Shopping Centre.
  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By participating in this competition, the winner of the grand prize and, where applicable, any family/persons accompanying a winner; agrees to release and hold the promoter, its agents, representatives, affiliates and service providers free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this Competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
  • The prize is subject to the availability of MSC Cruises.
  • By participating in this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these official rules and agree to be responsible to provide any needed proof of identification or personal documentation for booking purposes.
